Many of the apothecaries and grocers are familiar with him as he comes round a couple times a month for various ingredients. One specific apothecary might be convinced (bribed) into offering the assessment that Daqiang suffers from exceptionally terrible "marital issues", but you didn't hear it from him, right? right.(Dragon Heat Quest)

Jolly Rogers (Visits weekly, occasionally daily. Uses it for usual sailing and exploration needs, but is also avid reader and one of their favorite customers. If asked about, the workers will gush about how he almost never judges any of their recommendations and gives most books a shot regardless of content. More than a few are willing to gossip about him being a not-so-secret fan of romance. He denies it when it's commented on, but he buys a lot more romances than any other genre except history.)
